Delivery of our package 

Under all our products it says "shipped within..." this corresponds to production time. Please note delivery is to add to this production time.

  • Poster Photo : shipped within 2 working days + Frame: shipped within 5 business days
  • Canvas Photo : shipped within 2 working days + Frame: shipped within 5 business days
  • Art print :  shipped within 2 working days + Frame: shipped within 5 business days.  If Philip Plisson is reporting, an additional delay is required for the handwritten signature. You will then be warned, by email. 
  • Signed edition : shipped within 2 working days + Frame: shipped within 5 business days 
  • Lamps / Cushions / Mug / Magnet / Mousepads and stationary : shipped within 2 working days
  • Book: shipped within 2 working days + Dedication: we will notify you by email of any additional delay

Delivery time

Delays are expressed in working days, that is to say from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. Delivery times are generally respected, but some packages can sometimes be delayed due to a specific sending incident (eg incomplete address). So be careful when completing your delivery details.

  • To France mainland : 48 h ( 1 business days)   
  • To the international :  2 to 8 days  

Your order arrived damaged ?

If your order is delivered by a carrier, please check with the delivery man the contents of your package, opening it in his presence. Attention, by signing the delivery note, you accept the delivery. Do not hesitate to refuse the goods in case of doubt, by mentioning “damaged and refused package”

Once you have accepted and signed the delivery note without mention, we cannot be held responsible for any damages related to the transport, and unfortunately we can no longer cover the costs of reimbursement of your order.

However, if the package is damaged and you have mentioned it to the carrier, then contact our customer service by email at and we will arrange the return of your order.

Return & refund

You are not happy with your order? You can change your mind! We will replace it or take it back. Simply return the goods within 14 working days, giving us your order number & the reference you wish to receive as a replacement. The shipping costs to return your initial order we are your responsibility. You will receive the refund within 10 days.
